📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate costing systems for manufacturing processes
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the manufacturing department
- Provide financial support and guidance to the manufacturing team on cost control and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in costing and management accounting
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, with a focus on manufacturing costing
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Certification in cost accounting or management accounting is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
