📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of mining and logistics divisions, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and customers.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, ensuring our operations are environmentally and socially responsible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing complex operations in the mining and logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a high-performing team.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
