📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational data using SAP and Microsoft Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
• Report on operational performance metrics to senior management and the board.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of leading operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to the mining industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
