As the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the financial operations of our properties in Lombok and Gili Meno. You'll work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and oversee the financial performance of our properties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our properties in Lombok and Gili Meno, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting process, ensuring that our properties operate within their financial limits.
• Oversee the financial performance of our properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial records and the timely preparation of financial reports.
• Provide financial guidance and support to our management team, helping them make informed decisions about the financial health of our properties.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and assist with the preparation of tax returns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new financial systems and tools as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role, with experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
