📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sample processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce.
• Manage inventory and procurement to support operational needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with laboratory operations and processes.
