As an Architectural Drafter at PT Yoongjin Konstruksi Utama, you’ll work closely with our talented team to translate architectural concepts into detailed, accurate drawings using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure drawings accurately reflect design specifications.
- Review and approve drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any discrepancies in drawings.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in architectural drafting.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and technical specifications.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all drawings are properly filed and version-controlled for future reference.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, AIA) is a plus.
