As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores in Bali run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our store managers to implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and train staff to deliver outstanding service. In this role, you will use tools like SAP, Excel, and our internal POS system to track sales performance, manage inventory, and analyze customer data. You will also have the chance to develop your leadership skills and gain valuable experience in the retail industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist store managers in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and Excel to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Monitor sales performance using our internal POS system and provide regular reports to store managers.
• Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with adidas and Kanmo Group policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Support the store manager in managing daily operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for inventory and sales analysis.
• Knowledge of adidas brand and products is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different store locations as required.
