📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial data using tools like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and improve financial processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve AR processes and customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Receivable and reconciliation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and reconciliation.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
