Stripe is looking for a Program Manager to join our Risk Operations GTM Enablement team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering programs that enable our global sales and marketing teams to effectively engage with our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven track record of delivering successful programs and projects on time and within budget.,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
