📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and coordination of banquets and special events, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager to develop and implement event strategies that align with Pantiasa’s luxury brand standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, including caterers, florists, and event planners, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place and functioning correctly.
• Handle guest communications, including confirmations, invitations, and follow-ups, to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality.
• Assist in the training and development of event staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Contribute to the development of event menus and beverage programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of luxury and taste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permits required for event planning in Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event planning and execution.
