🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in strategic HR roles.,Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with all levels of the organization.,Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.,Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with HR software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
