Hokian Dewi Electronics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and promptly.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
