📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and reduce costs.,Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into production processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety within the team.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the overall success of the operations.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing or production processes.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in operations engineering.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies is a plus.,Experience in a similar role within the semiconductor or epitaxial wafer manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
