📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the regional office, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Develop and maintain financial reports using Power BI, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to the management team.,Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.,Manage the financial performance of the regional office, working closely with the management team to achieve the company's financial goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.,Provide financial guidance and support to the regional office's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and analysis.,Proven experience in using Power BI to create and maintain financial reports.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of regional financial markets and the ability to navigate complex cultural and economic environments.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior finance professionals.
