IFG Life is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various tasks, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and market research.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.,Support the sales team in conducting customer follow-ups and negotiations.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
