Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the inventory and ensure timely restocking of products.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the brand.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.,Strong knowledge of the Japanese stationery market and trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Japanese language skills are a plus.
