📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to minimize waste and maintain quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of marketing and customer service best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
