📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Managing inventory levels to ensure that we have the right supplies on hand.,Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.,Monitoring and analyzing procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings.,Ensuring compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Preparing and managing purchase orders and invoices.,Assisting with the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Providing regular reports to management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
