As a Server at Porto Bistreau Central, you’ll be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Your daily tasks will include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 3,500,000 - Rp 5,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Assist with table clearing and setting up for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for food and service.
