The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or retail management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to maintain a pleasant customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
