📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.Ensure that the outlet meets all sales targets and KPIs.Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover and minimize waste.Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.Ensure that the outlet is clean, well-organized, and presents a professional image.Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the outlet is aligned with the company's overall strategy.Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Proven experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.The ability to lead and motivate a team, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff alike.A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.A degree in business, retail, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
