📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow

Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Prepare and maintain operational reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Identify and implement process improvements

Handle and resolve operational issues and concerns

Assist in training and developing new staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

Ability to travel occasionally
