📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of sales plans.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
