Bidang Zahra Sate is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and a proven track record of success in account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies.,Attend trade shows, events, and meetings to build brand awareness and relationships.,Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of success in account management and sales growth.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
