As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and that our products are stored and shipped in a timely and cost-effective manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure that all products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that all products are received and inspected in a timely manner.,Coordinate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure that all products are shipped out in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse.,Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels to the management team.,Participate in the development and implementation of new warehouse processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
