PT Visi Antar is looking for a motivated Junior HR Staff to join our team in Ngawi. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during employee interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (both written and spoken).
