📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and job-related information.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
