Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, implementing necessary safeguards and protocols.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to protect our data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
