In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company benefits policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
