📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
