As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food production.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to company standards and customer expectations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school or relevant certification is a plus.
