In this role, you will work closely with a diverse group of young children, ages 3 to 6, to develop their reading, writing, and math skills. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including storybooks, educational games, and interactive activities, to make learning fun and engaging. Your daily tasks will include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and other educators to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement literacy and numeracy curriculum aligned with national and international standards.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and other educators.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall learning environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching early childhood literacy and numeracy.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
