📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to oversee construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain project quality and safety.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to address technical challenges.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
