📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the store.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store's physical layout.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry regulations and standards.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
