📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized display of merchandise.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and inviting storefront.
  • Assist in implementing sales promotions and special events to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Learn and understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
