Resto Anggi Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the clinic's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the clinic's management and regulatory bodies.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for clinic staff, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and other deductions.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents required by regulatory bodies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with management.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
