📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide case management and social support to clients, including vulnerable individuals and families.,Assist in the development and implementation of social work programs and initiatives.,Conduct assessments and provide referrals to appropriate services and resources.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.,Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of social work policies and procedures.,Stay updated on relevant social work practices, policies, and legislation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or degree in Social Work or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of social work principles, practices, and legislation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Work Pass or relevant visa for employment in Singapore.
