Depot Citra Tea is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. You will work closely with management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new employees to ensure the safety of our team.,Maintain and update security records and reports, and provide regular security briefings to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the workplace.,Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest security practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security role, with a proven track record of success.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SSSSN, CPSS, or equivalent).,Familiarity with security technologies and tools, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace for all employees and visitors.
