📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities and initiatives.,Maintain and update sales records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports.,Assist in the organization and management of sales-related events and meetings.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.,Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
