Sun Direct Mandiri is looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the production team, quality control, and other departments to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.,Conduct regular inspections of the production area to identify and address any issues.,Work with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet quality standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production materials and resources are available when needed.,Train and develop the production team to improve their skills and productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
