📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food service operations.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate food services for events and meetings.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for optimal food safety and efficiency.,Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent experience in a leadership role in the culinary field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high-quality food service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
