📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and ATS.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
