📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the agricultural or food industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
