📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Managing customer relationships and addressing customer concerns or complaints.,Conducting regular sales performance reviews and providing coaching and support to sales team members.,Promoting and implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Monitoring branch performance metrics and providing regular reports to the regional manager.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or branch management role.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
