📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory control and stock replenishment.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
