📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Coordinate with international clients to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to track and manage import orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor and report on import performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize import routes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and customs requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of import strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.
