📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action to resolve them.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and educate staff on security best practices.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and inspections.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.,Participate in security drills and exercises to maintain and improve security readiness and response capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.,Strong understanding of security principles, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security guard certification or license, preferably from a recognized institution.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures is a plus.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment, such as access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
