📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and have the necessary documentation.,Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls and coordinate repairs or towing as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
