📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Identify areas of waste and inefficiency, and develop and implement improvement plans
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to track performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies
• Measure the impact of improvement initiatives and report on progress to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and operational excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management and operational excellence
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
