📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all store objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Must be able to travel within the region as needed.
